Hi, probably this is yet another bug in C++ Builder 11.3, however it only happens when using TwineCompile 5.5.1 (installed via GetIt) so I better tell you first:
For some projects I have enabled build-version-numer-auto-increment for debug builds too.
In such an environment the IDE will now hammer on my nerves with a "project file changed, reload?" requester whenever I refocus the IDE after launching a debug build which triggered a version increment.
This behaviour wasn't there in 11.2 and the coresponding TwineCompile I used back then.
Cheers,
Daniel

Re: IDE detects project file change
This post is reporting a likely bug in C++Builder when used together with the TwineCompile plugin (version 5.5.1). The user explains that after enabling automatic build version increment for debug builds, the IDE repeatedly prompts “project file changed, reload?” whenever focus returns to the IDE after running a debug session, because the build process modifies the project file. They note that this behavior did not occur in C++Builder 11.2 with an earlier TwineCompile version, suggesting a regression or compatibility issue introduced in 11.3 combined with the plugin’s project file modifications.
