TwineCompiler 5 Download

I have bought TwineCompiler 5 on 22nd December and still awaiting my download under My Center.

After several support calls, this has not been resolved. Does anyone know what is happening?

So I found out what happened!

After I had careful look at the user name, it struck me.
My company name had a slight change in it and a new account was created.
I was not aware of this (because of cookies) I used the URL link to My Center and ended up on the old account, none the wiser.
