Version which is used - 3.2.0.213
Since some moment TwinCompiler fails with message: Failed to acquire available port. There is no AV software on PC where TwinCompiler runs, firewall is stopped.
PC restart, TwinCompiler reinstall do not solve the problem.

Open the following folder and delete the mtbcc32PortStack.dat file:

2000/XP:
C:\Documents And Settings\<UserName>\Local Settings\Application Data\TwineCompile

Vista/7:
C:\Users\<UserName>\AppData\Local\TwineCompile
