Can't launch C++ Builder 10.3

I just installed the last version of TwineCompile (5.2.1) with C++ 10.3, and I can't launch it, I've this message, during the splashscreen :
Sorry, it's in french. It says : "Entry point not found".
How could I fix it please ?
