Exceeded memory limit for ExtDefs

[ilink32 Error] Fatal: Exceeded memory limit for block Extdefs
The code complies fine with CBuilderXE but will not compile with XE2 Update 3. I get this with the standard Linker and with TwineCompile. I have run LibExportRemover.exe on all of the Libs that i can think of and didn't help. Any Ideas? This is preventing us from moving from XE to XE2.
