Compiler works now, but linker uses the wrong libraries or library paths...

I installed TwineCompile on another computer which had RAD Studio 10 Seattle installed. From this computer I copied the necessary dll files from bin folder to the installation path of TwineCompile, imported the registry from RAD Studio 10 into my registry and made a junction from the original instal...

Is there any possibility to use the newest TwineCompile with the new beta of RAD Studio?
I don't need it in the IDE. JTMake would be a perfect solution!

But in JTMake there is an error that project version 18.1 is unknown.

One more thing. In IDE TwineCompile is working fine now. But on command line with jtmake there is an error that project version 18.0 is unknown!

The error in console when using jtmake is that there is an exception: a library isn't registered!

The IDE crashes without an exception when trying to compile a project.

I installed the new version on my Windows 10 and got an error:
At compilation the IDE crashes because a library isn't registered!
Which library?
