TwineCompile is not yet available on GetIt, RAD studio 11. When will it become available?

TwineCompile does not obey the BuildOrder as given in de IDE/cbproj. It uses the position in the itemgroup to determine the order to build. This is however not configurable (the IDE corrects it to what it thinks is best every time). But some larger files take longer to compile. One wants those files...
