Increase "cancellation pipe" Count?
Is there an option anywhere to increase the number of "pipe instances"? We've mostly run into this issue when we have two compiles that are linking and we try to start a third. The third will report the error instead of compiling. I assume that linking holds onto these pipe instances longe...

Which TwineCompile files should be committed to version control and versioned with the source code? Which are user or machine specific?
